All services are al a carte.
Prices are subject to change during service based off amount of product used, length and thickness of clients hair, and if the clients hair needs to be detangled completely before the service can be preformed. There will be a surcharge based on severity.
There is a squeeze in fee based on the service requested.
There is an additional fee to perform services before or after business hours, or on days the salon is closed.

10 min grace period

Stylist can ask you to reschedule if you are late

If you know you may be late please call to confirm your stylist can still take you

If your stylist chooses to service you if you're late, please be patient and understanding that you are now a squeeze in and they must service their next client who is on time

no call no show

Half of your missed service total must be paid before booking your next service for your first offense

Full amount due for any no call no shows thereafter

You will no longer be able to book if you no call no show 2 or more times. You will have to be a walk in or pay for your service in full before booking

cancellations

Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel your appointments. Life comes at you fast and things happen so we understand canceling last minute is inevitable at times. Please just respect our time like we try our best to respect yours.

If you cancel less then 24 hours then we will require you to put a deposit down before rescheduling and/or pay 40% of you missed appointment for your canceled appointment. * cards are required at time of booking to hold your appointment. They will not be charged until you appointment is complete or if you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment time.
Some services require a card on file, but your card will not be charged until your appointment unless one of the above happens.
